In an effort to preserve the long-term interest of its shareholders and in accordance with the recommendations of the AFG charter, Seeyond has chosen to deploy the swing-pricing mechanism.
The implementation of swing pricing only applies to funds that benefit from this mechanism. Holders can consult the prospectus for more information.
The table below illustrates the funds for which Seeyond has set up swing pricing.
Portfolio name | |
---|---|
Natixis LCR Actions Euro | |
Seeyond Actions CAC 40 |
A holder who subscribes or repurchases an amount below the trigger threshold is not guaranteed to be executed on a non-swung net asset value (NAV). In fact, the crossing of a trigger threshold is assessed globally by taking into account the total amount collected, i.e. the net balance of subscriptions/redemptions of all holders.
Furthermore, Seeyond can modify the parameters of the swing pricing mechanism at any time, particularly in the event of a crisis on the financial markets.
Finally, a Frequently Asked Questions section aims at answering the various questions of the holders concerning the functioning and impacts of the mechanism. It applies to professional and non-professional clients within the scope of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
